A Brazilian director, who studied cinema. Since graduating in 2009, he has directed several short films that have been screened at festivals around the world. He has also produced a series of films that have been screened at cultural centers in Brazil. His first feature film, Castaño, had its world premiere at the 64th Berlin International Film Festival in 2016 and was also screened at other festivals, including the Rio de Janeiro Film Festival, where it won Best Film. His second feature film, Rifle, had its world premiere at the 49th Brasilia Film Festival, where it won the Critics' Award for Best Film, Best Screenplay, and Best Sound.
