German director and writer, born in 1975, in Magdeburg, Germany. She studied Dramaturgy at the Leipzig Academy of Music and Theatre and Directing at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. She is known for Die Besucher (2012), Under the Family Tree (2017), and Sad Songs of Happiness (2014).
