She is a Bulgarian director and writer, born in 1980 in Kazanluk, Bulgaria. She wrote and directed several award-winning shorts. Before working in drama development at Great Southern TV, New Zealand, she worked for HanWay Films and Mister Smith Entertainment. She is known for Radiogram (2017), Welcome to the Punch (2013), and A Dangerous Method (2011).
