Argentinian film actress, born on January 30, 1900 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She started her career in 1920 and rose to fame in the English theater. She won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a play. She also appeared in many supporting roles in many popular British films such as: Good Morning, Boys (1937), Trouble Brewing (1939) and The Man in Gray (1943). She died on June 13, 1969 in London.
