An American actress who was born in Spokane, Washington, on March 15, 1903. Ferry Tisdale trained on stage acting at the New York School of Artistic Expression, and has been on stage since 1924 and acted in the play The Constant Wife (1927). She made her movie debut through Syncopation (1929) and always played the role of the traditional wife or the supporting star in comedic roles. Ferry Tisdale is best known for A Midsummer Night's Dream (1935), and Come Live with Me (1941). She died in Culver City, California, on February 17, 1987.
