An American documentary filmmaker, who is best known for Recovery Boys (2018) and Hollow: An Interactive Documentary (2013). In 2018, she was nominated for an Oscar for Best Documentary Short Subject for Hornie(e). Also, in 2020, she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Short Format Children's Program for Sesame Street in Communities (2016). Sheldon has appeared on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah and Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown.
