An Italian actor, born in Milan, Italy, to a father from Naples and a mother from Florence. He joined the Voci Bianche choir at La Scala. After he studied law at the University of Milan, he started working on radio, then worked as a dubber in films. He provided the voice of the tiger Shere Khan in the Italian-dubbed version of The Jungle Book. He is known for Secret Agent Super Dragon (1966) and Romeo e Giulietta (1964).
