A Canadian actor, director, and producer, born in North Delta, Canada. Cummins attended the Vancouver Actors Studio. He made his debut in the series Danger Bay (1987-1988). His notable works include Riverdale (2017–2023), We All Fall Down (2000), and Dice (2001). He won a Genie Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role for Love Come Down in 2001. He was previously married to actress Brandy Ledford, with whom he has a child. On July 12, 2013, he married actress Christine Wallace.
