She is a Lebanese visual artist and director, born in 1972 in Beirut, Lebanon. She obtained a BFA in Painting and Filmmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island. Her work has been widely displayed since the 1990s. She is one of the Beirut Art Center's co-founders and co-directors. She is known for And the Living Is Easy (2015).
