An American actor, born in Los Angeles, USA. He attended Pomona College in Claremont, California, where he majored in Greek drama. He also studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, and took film classes. During the Korean War, he served in the United States Army for two years and was discovered by Warner Bros. talent scouts. He participated in the Matinee Theater. His artistic works include Merrill's Marauders (1962), Clambake (1967), and Slumber Party (1976).
