An American comedian, musician, writer, and radio host, born on June 17, 1951, in Passaic, New Jersey, USA. He grew up in North Caldwell and studied at West Essex High School. Joe was a member of a drama club. After graduating from high school in 1969, he attended Jones College in Jacksonville, Florida. He is known for Johnny Dangerously (1984), Dead Heat (1988), and Wise Guys (1986).
