An Indian actress, born in Bombay, Maharashtra, India. During her studies of life sciences at Ramnarain Ruia College in Mumbai, she appeared in a photoshoot for Indian photographer Gautam Rajadhyaksha. After graduation, she competed in the 1995 Miss India contest and won the Miss Talent crown. Her modeling career helped her enter the film industry. She is known for Ek Vivaah... Aisa Bhi (2008). She won an award at the Filmfare Awards South.
