An American producer and director, born in Los Angeles. Prior to starting a career in theater management, he served in a military band while majoring in English at the University of California, Los Angeles, from which he graduated. He then began his directing career with an episode of Hennessy (1959-1960). He has directed Guns in the Heather (1969), The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes (1969), and The Barefoot Executive (1971).
