The actor was born in the Bronx City, New York. He was first recognized as one of only eight American high school students selected for the Arts 82 program, affiliated with the National Endowment for the Arts. He was later awarded a scholarship to Syracuse University. He is married to Monica Richardson and has two children. His works: Mortal Kombat in 1995, Lilo & Stitch in 2002, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in 2009 and Masters of the Universe: Revelation in 2021.
