An American director and actor, born on January 13, 1971, in Los Angeles, California, USA. His parents are Joyce Bulifant and actor Edward Mallory. At the age of 25, he directed his first film, Kounterfeit (1996), starring Oscar winner Hillary Swank. He is known for A Boy Called Po (2016), Diamonds (1999), and One Tree Hill (2004-2008).
