American actor, born on October 15, 1909, in Vilnius, Lithuania. He moved to New York and started his life as a professional wrestler. He made his debut in David and Bathsheba (1951). He died on September 15, 1980, in Wheatfield, New York, USA. His body was donated to medical science at the University of Buffalo.
