An Egyptian writer and actress, who grew up at El Daher district. She attended the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University from 1971-1978. She began her career singing and acting on children's shows on radio and TV in 1964. She also was active in college theater. She was an actress for the General Authority for Mass Culture from 1975-2002 and they performed all over Egypt. She published a book in June 2008, entitled "Diaries of a Pharmacist". She appeared in the series Head of the Cat (1980).
