A South African director and producer, born in Johannesburg, South Africa. She's best known for her work in documentaries, as she collaborates with the National Geographic and BBC World channels. Bloom also won the Producers Guild of America Award for the movie We Steal Secrets (2013). Her other work includes Bright Lights: Starring Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds (2016).
