An American actress, who was born in Omaha, Nebraska, on January 7, 1913, and died in Menlo Park, California, on March 9, 1975, of cancer. Vibrant and visibly talented Shirley Ross was a big musical movie star, but her career remained second-tier throughout her short career, and she couldn't quite make it. Shirley Ross is famous for acting in: Manhattan Melodrama (1934), San Francisco (1936), Waikiki Wedding (1937) and Prison Farm (1938).
