She is an Egyptian writer and director, who obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Higher Institute of Cinema - Academy of Arts and specialized in screenwriting. She wrote several books, including a collection of short stories entitled "From Women's Diaries". She is known for working as an assistant director in the films Ismailia: Back and Forth, and The Spy Hekmat Fahmy.
