A Saudi director, cinematographer, and producer, born on February 13, 1956. He worked as a producer in Egyptian cinema from 1986 until 1997, during which he produced 34 feature films through the Egyptian company Shamel for Art Production and Distribution, which he founded in the mid-1980s, the most famous of which were the films: Love and Horror, starring Sherihan, and Case Closed, starring Yehia El Fakharany. He devoted himself to studying film direction in Beirut for 4 years from 1998 to 2001. He received more than 30 Arab and international awards. He founded the Fouzan Film Foundation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1998. He appeared as an actor in the movie A Very Important Man (VIP).
