An Indian actress, born in Nanjangod, India. She moved to Mumbai, where she studied at Sydenham College. After graduating, she won the title of Miss India in 1984. She holds a degree in internal medicine from the United States of America and worked as an emergency physician there. She then founded a film production company in London, England, and began her artistic career in 2000. Her most notable works include Gaja Gamini (2000), Moksha: Salvation (2001), Pyaar Kiya Nahin Jaata.. (2003), and Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav (2005).
