An American actress, born on March 31, 1921, in Los Angeles, California, United States. She left UCLA to attend business school. In the 1940s, Peggy Rea got a job as a production secretary at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, after which she became an assistant to writer and musician Kay Thompson. Later on, she turned to acting, making her debut in 1953. Her notable works include Love Field (1992) and Made in America (1993). Peggy Rea died on February 5, 2011, in Toluca Lake, California, United States.
