An American filmmaker born Sierra Ditson Moselle on August 1, 1980 in San Francisco, California. After graduating high school in 1998, she attended the School of Visual Arts in New York. She made her debut with the documentary Wolfpack (2015). Her other work include Skate Kitchen (2018) and the TV series Betty (2020–2021).
