An Iranian writer and film director, born on December 18, 1959 in Tehran, Iran. He studied theology at the Islamic Azad University and began publishing short stories in newspapers when he was twenty. His first book "Shouting in the Ashes", a collection of war stories, was published in 1990. He was the director of the Writers and Artists Club in Tehran Municipality 2005-2009. He is also the designer and director of literary and artistic festivals such as Our Iranian National Poetry Festival and Tehran Comedy Festival. He was awarded a first-class certificate in art and literature by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. His works include the series Yek Rooz Ghabl (2010) and Khaterat-e Mard-e Natamam (2012).
