An Iranian actor and director, born in the Iranian city of Tehran. He studied in Turkey and France, until high school, before moving to Geneva, Switzerland. He studied directing and theatrical acting in addition to political science at the University of Geneva. Then, he returned to Tehran in 1964 and worked in the theater affiliated with the Ministry of Culture. Then he moved to television to work as a manager of the entertainment and performance department only two years after presenting his first artistic roles on the cinema screen.
