Japanese actress, born in Ikeda, Osaka, Japan on April 3, 1932. She got married to actor Kinnosuke Nakamura (1961-1965), and after their divorce, she married Saburō Kawamura (1969-1983) and remained with him until his death. Among her important works are; Tokyo Twilight (1957), Dai Chûshingura (1957) and Black River (1957).
