A South African director and writer, born on April 2, 1984, in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2008, he went to the African Film and Drama Academy (AFDA) in South Africa, where he studied directing and screenwriting. He is known for Broken Darkness (2017), Angel of the Skies (2013), and Brothers in Arms: 1978 (2007). His short film, At Thy Call (2008), won several awards, including Best Picture, Best Cinematography, and Visual Effects, and Brothers in Arms: 1978 won awards at the Apollo Film Festival and the KKNK (Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees) Festival in the Western Cape.
