A French-American voice actress, based in Brooklyn, New York, USA. She is also an educator and puppeteer. She graduated from Emerson College with a BFA in Theatre and from New York University with an MA in Educational Theatre. She is known for her work on a number of productions including the 2006 film Felix 2 - Der Hase und die verflixte Zeitmaschine. Serra runs a small puppet-building company called Puppet Junction Productions, teaches theatrical arts workshops, and voices animation and commercial content in French and English.
