An American screenwriter and actor, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. He worked as a reporter for the Bridgeport Post. He attended Dean College, then known as Dean Junior College, in Franklin. Among his works are Scarface (1983) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999-2016). He died on February 19, 2023 in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, France.
