She is a Canadian-American actress, born in Vancouver, Canada. She has received honors in regional and national competitions. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the University of British Columbia. She started her acting career in The Beachcombers (1975). She is known for Love Under the Rainbow (2019), Snowpiercer (2020), and for providing her voice to Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats (1984-1986).
