She is a Canadian model, producer, and actress. She was born in 1983 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She graduated from Concordia University with a BA in linguistics. She studied at the Institute For The Performing Arts. She launched her career with Desiderata (2009). She is known for A Sister's Revenge (2013), The Shadow Man (2017), and Slasher (2017-2019).
