An Indian actress, born on December 5, 1960, in New Delhi into a family of mixed Marathi descent. Her father left the family when she was very young, and she had to work and did not go to school. Sarika began her career as a child actress at the age of five during the 1960s in Bollywood. She has appeared in several children's films, moved to films with Rajshri Productions, such as Geet Gaata Chal with Sachin Pilgaonkar, and starred in many Hindi and Marathi films. Some of her credits are Hey Ram, Parzania, and Hamraaz.
