A Bollywood screenwriter, whose credits include about 40 films and 30 serials. Some of his works include Baghban (2003), Pyar Hua Chori Chori (1992), Izzatdaar (1990) and Dil Kaa Heera (1979). He died of cancer on May 10, 2020 in Mumbai.
