He is an American actor, born on October 2, 1958, in Santa Monica, California, USA. He went to the American Conservatory Theater, San Francisco State University, UCLA, and Santa Monica City College, where he studied acting and performance. The Flying Penguins improv group, originally known as the Comedy Omelet, was founded and run by Jeffrey. He is known for Back to the Future Part II (1989), Twilight Zone: The Movie (1983), and Pale Rider (1985).
