An American television presenter, musical artist, composer, and actor who began his career on the radio but gained wide fame on television through “The Tonight Show” as he played a role in inventing the idea of talk shows on television. He later hosted “The Steve Allen Show” and “I’ve Got a Secret.” He has written more than fifty books and received two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, having his name written on a stage there.
