American actress, voice actress, and writer, born on October 31, 1909, in Panama Canal Zone, Panama. She made her debut in 1938. She was known for her wide participation with Walt Disney Studios. She was known for Gunsmoke (1955), Ethel Barrymore Theater (1956), and Walt Disney's Cartoon Carousel (1975). She died on April 21, 1978, in Los Angeles, California, USA.
