A Tunisian journalist, writer and politician, born in Tunis. He joined the Sadiki‎‏ Institute, in Tunis, before moving to Cairo, Egypt. He studied English language and literature at the British Institute and then studied journalism at the University of Strasbourg in France. He also took charge of the Ministry of Culture and Information and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Some of his works are the plays Murad III, as well as Hannibal. He passed away on April 18, 2014, in Paris, France.
