An American actress, born on December 19, 1956, in New York City, New York, USA. She wanted to become an actress after watching Man of La Mancha as a child. Alice Barrett participated in many plays in elementary school and high school. She obtained a BA in Theater from Hunter College and began her career in 1979. She appeared in many productions before she played a role in Mission Hill (1982). Her notable works include Another World (1989-1999), Choke (2008), and New Amsterdam (2008).
