An American actress born in Los Angeles, California. She began her career as a dancer in Music Box Revue then joined a theater company in Rochester in 1924 and remained on stage till 1928 when she made her film debut on In Old Arizona (1928). Other notable works of hers include Recaptured Love (1930), Taxi (1932), Hold Your Man (1933), and Black Moon (1934). She appeared in over 35 films throughout the late 1920s and first half of the 1930s and then returned to theater. She then returned to film in the early 1940s and appeared in 8 films. She married twice and did not have children. She died of tuberculosis on August 20, 1961.
