An Irish actress, born on March 31, 1974 in Dublin, Ireland. Her uncle is Michael Smurfit, one of Ireland's wealthiest men and owner of one of the world's largest paper and cardboard industries. She was educated at Anglican schools, St Columba's College, Dublin, and SSt. George's School, Ascot. She started her career in 1995, and among her works are The Beach (2000) and Bulletproof Monk (2003).
