He graduated from the Australian SAE Institute, Department of Directing and Cinematography. He studied visual effects at the Institute of Information Technology, and has worked there as a lecturer in the department of visual effects. He has also worked as an assistant director since 2004, as an editor since 2007, and as a visual effects artist since 2008. He began directing commercials and documentaries in 2011. He participated in the movie The Seventh Sense as an trainee assistant director.
