An Iranian writer and director, born in 1973 in Tehran. He graduated in directing and screenwriting, and began his career in short films. He made his directorial debut with the film Dakhil (2001). His credits include Hunting Season (2018), Karbala: Joghrafiyay Yek Tarikh (2014) and Younes (2015).
