Joy Brunson is an American actress. She graduated from Spelman College with a BA in Women's Studies with a concentration in Black Performance. She has spent her life pursuing her passion for acting, golf, and community service. Joy is best known for her role as Shauna Andrews on NBC’s This Is Us (2017-2019), as well as for The Rookie (2021) and Empire (2019).
