An Iranian writer and director, born in 1951 in Tehran, Iran. He was educated at the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting University as well as the University of Tehran. He started his career as an assistant director in Akbar Sadeghi's film High School (1986). His works include She Doesn't Talk (2002) and Children of Divorce (1990).
