British actress, born on 7 August, 1962 in Westminster, London. She was raised in Wentworth, Surrey, until the age of twelve, when she and her family moved to Upper Largo, Fife. She studied Drama at the University of Manchester. She lived in south London with her three children from her marriage to actor Anthony Barclay. She began her acting career in the 80s. She is known for The Glam Metal Detectives (1995), Plebs (2013) and The Day Today (1994).
