Hafdís Helga Helgadóttir is an Icelandic actress. She received her bachelor's degree in acting from the Iceland Academy of the Arts. Hafdís played a leading role in the film In Front of Others, directed by Óskar Jónasson. Also, she is known for The Icelandic Dream (2000), XL (2013), and Pity the Lovers (2019).
