An American actress and writer, born on August 5, 1965, in Los Angeles, California, United States. She is the daughter of actress Pat Carroll and the sister of casting director Kerry Karsian. She attended Beverly Hills High School and is a member of the Echo Theater Company. She started her career by appearing in a number of TV series. Tara is best known for ER (2005-2009), Review (2014-2017), and American Horror Story (2019).
