An American actress, born to immigrant parents, she grew up between Europe and the United States. She studied English literature in college and then moved to Chicago to pursue a career in theater. She has worked as an actress ever since, appearing in numerous films, television series, and commercials. She is best known for her roles in the 2011 romantic comedy film Jamie and Jessie Are Not Together, the 2016 horror film House of Purgatory, and the 2019 thriller Knives and Skin.
