A Yemeni actor, born in Aden. He studied in the first batch since the founding of the Jameel Ghanem Institute of Fine Arts in Aden and won first place in the field of theatre. In honor of him, he was sent to Germany in a qualifying course at the Brecht Institute for Theater in Berlin, and as part of his practical application, he contributed to directing works for the Bertolt Brecht International Theater Festival. Ahmed Abdullah Hussein then joined the university in the capital, Kyiv, Ukraine, and obtained a master’s degree in theater directing with distinction and was first in his class among students from various countries of the world. He was honored with the Medal of Scientific Excellence by former President Ali Nasser Muhammad. He also participated in local and Arab theatrical festivals, including the Cairo International Festival for Experimental Theater, and then assumed the position of director of the Culture Office of the Buraiqa Directorate. Among his most important works are the series Al Jahmalyah Nights (2021), Behind the Sun (2021), Al Aliya (2023), and Aasefa (2022).
